Our Corporate Values
To serve as our guide in the realization of our Vision and Mission, we have six Corporate Values. Core Values serve as professional norms on how we should conduct ourselves and do our responsibilities as PPI. Each Corporate Value is defined by way of behavioral manifestations or standards. These are:

- Working well with others in dealing with shared responsibility.
- Showing good example.
- Taking responsibility for action or decision made.
- Looking for solutions instead of people to blame when problems arise.
- Being fair and giving credit where credit is due.
- Keeping an open mind during meetings and listening to ideas of others.
- Neither initiating nor encouraging rumors.
