Corporate Services Associate

Makati

 

Responsibilities:

 

Assists marketing and customer support teams. Coordinates the availability and delivery of marketing

marketing materials. May help research or create and maintain mailing lists. Monitors marketing and customer support activities and may, at times conducts surveys as to the effectiveness of the projects.

 

Handles logistics for events (e.g., sales meetings), including facility reservations, catering orders,

arranging A/V services, shipping materials, preparing facilities, travel and accommodation arrangements, assisting with on-site activities, greeting guests, and handling special needs and requests.

 

Performs office duties, including filing, answering email and telephones, writing or emailing

correspondence. Responds to inquiries from customers (who require assistance that customer support cannot provide), providing information and ensuring special requests are handled appropriately. Prepares items for mailing and coordinates distribution of materials. Identifies areas for improvement and suggests changes to current methods. Maintains departmental procedures.

 

Assists with the preparation and execution of meetings/conferences, including sales conferences,

client meetings, strategic planning and the likes. Helps prepare meeting materials. May attend trade shows and conferences and staff exhibition booths.

 

Backs up the Corporate Services Manager in all critical functions when that person is out of the

office.

 

Requirements:

 

Graduate of any four-year course with at least 3 years of corporate service or support work

experience and good grasp of English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.

 

Practical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes..

 

Candidate must be very organized and able to prioritize tasks.

 

Ability to perform administrative as well as customer support duties with deliberate speed and

accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.

 

Candidate must be friendly, personable and able to build harmonious working relationships with

clients, co-workers and the general public.

 

Ability to exercise good judgment in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential

information a must.
