Customer Support Representative

(South Luzon)

 

Responsibilities:

 

Customer Support Representative interacts with customers to provide information and/or service in

response to inquires and/or needs about products and services. He acts as business partner and/or consultant. As a result he/she as well handles and resolves customer's complaints. He is responsible for the effective, efficient and profitable selling of all Company products to all types of accounts in his assigned sales area; and the development of his area’s market in terms of increased usage of Company products through promotional programs and other sales activities.

 

Requirements:

 

Male, at least 25 years old

 

College graduate, preferably with a degree in BS Agriculture, Agri. Economics, Agri. Business or

Marketing

 

Proficient in oral and written communication

 

Experience in dealing with and handling people

 

Knows how to drive a four-wheeled vehicle and holds a valid driver’s license

 

At least 2 years experience in selling agricultural and/or consumer products
