Mix 2 liters of TERMEX 48EC in 100 liters water to produce a 1.0% Water Emulsion. Apply using a power sprayer or tank-type garden sprayer

PRE-CONSTRUCTION APPLICATION

Areas to be covered by floors, porches, entrance platforms, etc. Before the concrete slab is poured, treat the soil or unwashed gravel at 4 liters per square meter. For soil along the inside of foundation walls, both sides of partition walls and around plumbing; use 5 liters per linear meter. From the grade to the footing along the outside edge of the building, apply 5 liters per linear meter per 30 cm depth.

Crawl spaces.

Hollow block foundations. Apply at a rate of 2.5 liters per linear wall by drilling or probing.

POST-CONSTRUCTION APPLICATION

Concrete slab foundations. Apply at rate of 5 liters per linear meter along router edge of the foundation, under the slab, and at all cracks and expansion joints. Application methods may be through the sub-slab injection by drilling holes in the slab or through foundation walls from the outside. Inject the emulsion through the holes and along the cracks and expansion joints. For shallow (less than 30 cm) foundation walls, apply the emulsion by trenching.

Basements. Use at a rate of 5 liters per linear meter by trenching outside foundation walls and by rodding underneath basement floor, along the inside of foundation walls. along cracks, around sewer pipes, conduits and piers.

Hollow block foundations. Apply at a rate of 2.5 liters per linear meter of wall by drilling or probing.

Re-entry period. Do not enter the building within 24 hours after spraying.
